We decided to set up Welfare First Ltd as we understand the pressures and strains of Social Work.  Within our team, we have 4 qualified social workers, who have have experience within Child Protection teams, Children in Our Care team and Duty and Assessment Teams. Between all of us, we have over 20 years of experience. We also have experienced support workers and a qualified Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) within our team.
